I love peanut butter cookies :)

I feel silly.

I was really wanting something sweet...and I felt too lazy to run up to the store and get a candy bar...so I made peanut butter cookies. I didn't even have all the correct ingredients to make them, so I found a recipe that only required peanut butter, sugar, and 1 egg. 

They are REALLY good. I've eaten like 7 already. Oops. Smile

    Haha-yes. I'm big on easy baking...I hardly ever keep flour in the house...I don't use it enough and I'm scared it will grow those little bugs in it. I don't even know what I would do if I went to use the flour for something and there were little creepy crawlies in it. Eww!
