so last summer MIL wanted to take a family photo outside at the arboreteum but all the girls had to match and all the boys had to match. Needless to say things did not go well, I was in a rotten mood because it was early and we all had to match, the twin niece and nephews were terrible twos and MIL was wearing her usual color of crazy. The boys had matching seersucker shirts for fvcks sake!
This year she wants to try it again 
she picked out different outfits for us this year. When she gave me my shirt that I was supposed to wear, she tells me that she got me one size bigger because as she put it "...I was a bit more...voluptious up there." 
DH was watching this whole scene unravel, he said he was just waiting to see how this was going to go.
