Pineapple core, when?

I forget when I am supposed to eat the pineapple... Can you help?  

I have my ER tomorrow morning so I am looking for any helpful hints or tips that I can add in to hopefully increase my chances. 

Nothing to see here....

    I did it for the day of ER and 5 days after:)

    ETA: I meant after the ET, sorry

    Take the core of the pineapple and cut it into 5 pieces.  Eat one piece the night before ET  and one every day for 4 days after ET. 
    The core is really tough but it contains the highest amount of bromelactin (sp??) - it is really hard to eat.  DH would grind each piece in the blender and make pineapple smoothies.

    Good luck with your ER.  I hope they get lots of good eggs.

    I didn't do the core, I did the Bromelin tablets (same thing as what's in the core).  I started day of ET and continued for 5 days.
