    I figured it wasn't but I thought I would check. Sorry you are stuck at work today. I'm about to get out of bed and start cooking - DH invited 10ish people over for lunch. I'm excited to hang out but not so excited about cooking for everyone.

    Alex is grilling a pork shoulder and I am making homemade baked beans, a pasta salad, homemade sweet potato fries, throwing together a green salad, and then stuffing some portabella mushroom caps with spinach, seasoning, and cheeses to throw on the grill as well.

    I am also baking an angel food cake to serve with strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries as well as some brownies!!

    That sounds so yummy. I love that you are making everything from scratch. Everyone always thinks I am a total nut bag b/c I do that. Sorry to totally butt in on your conversation, btw. :)

    i'll be there in 15 minutes. Smudge is on a 2 hourly feeding schedule these days!
