Vitamin E Oil...is it safe?

My friend just had surgery on her hand, and got roll on Vitamin E oil to help with the scarring. She doesn't need it anymore, so she gave it to me to put on my belly.

Is it safe for me to put on my belly? I don't see my doctor for another week or so.

Thanks!!

Re: Vitamin E Oil...is it safe?

  • I used Vitamin E soap from Whole Foods Market.  I was also using Mustela Stretch Mark lotion.  I do not have any stretch marks--but this could be that I gave birth early at 31 weeks, and I normally eat really healthy.

  • Yes, its safe. There are many anti-aging properties and it helps to reduce wrinkles. Also the helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Not necesssarily get rid of them.
