She eats 32 oz of formula a day. Cereal and fruit for breakfast, and a stage three meal for dinner. She also has snacks such as cheese, fruit, puffs, crunchies throughout the day.
There was only a decrease in her formula when I added the second meal at six months. Her dr. doesn't want me to offer a third meal unless I see it is needed, because he likes the amt. of formula she is getting throughout the day. He said I could add it if I feel it is necessary, but at this point she is doing well and he doesn't see the need for it until she goes on milk at 12 months.
My babies have anywhere between 24-30 ounces of formula a day. They have 4 bottles a day, one before AM and PM naps, another around 4-5pm (which I may drop soon once they get snacks/;finger foods down) and then one before bed.
They have been on solids now for 4 months and eat 3 meals a day like the pedi recommends. They have cereal and fruit puree for breakfast, sometimes some cut up soft bananas or peaches and cheerios are always sprinkled on their tray and they try to feed themselves or I feed them the cheerios.
Lunch and dinner is a 4 oz stage 2 jar of something and also some sort of finger food like a fruit or toast or some puffs or cheerios. They are just getting started on finger foods and I usually end up feeding them.
It varies in the amount of formula they want. I find it depends on how active they are between naps, not really how much they ate at their meals.
DD is still BF, but she has 4-5 feedings a day so she gets somewhere around 20-24oz a day (when she has a pumped bottle she drinks 4-5oz).
She has 3 solid meals a day - bfast is about an hour after her wakeup feeding, lunch is about an hour after her 11am feeding, and dinner is always at 6. Breakfast she gets a finger food like toast, waffle, or pancake and then fruit mixed with either cereal or yogurt. Lunch and dinner she gets mostly finger foods - a meat, a grain/starch, and a veggie. She has pasta, potatoes, cheese toast, sweet potato bites, rice as her grain/starch. For veggies she will have green beans, carrots, peas, broccoli, squash, zucchini, or asparagus. Meats she has had are chicken bites (grilled chicken strips cut up) or shredded chicken, meatballs, veggie burgers (I know its not meat, but its protein), cubed ham, etc. Snacks are usually cheese, cheerios, fresh fruit, puffs, veggie booty, or crackers.
If she doesn't eat much table food for lunch or dinner we will give her a stage 3 dinner or puree veggie/pasta combo.
he eats roughly every 2 hours, starting no later than 8 & ending around 10. three bottles are accompanied by a 4oz jar of solids. one bottle is accompanied by a snack of puffs, fruit, or something similar

DD eats 28-32 oz per day (usually 5-6 bottles at 5-6 oz). She generally eats every 4 hours.
We have her eat solids when we do. She gets a puree and then some actual solid food: cheerios, fruit, vegetable, or whatever we're eating.
Her formula intake has not decreased.
