I'm debating doing this. I don't anticipate that the crib would be no longer available a year from now. I could be wrong, but prob. not.
I really don't have anywhere to keep them in this house, and would rather wait to order them when we have bigger space.
Am I taking a big risk by waiting?
Re: did anyone order the conversion rails later?
We ordered ours at the same time because I didn't want that worry...or the chance that I'd forget...or the chance that they would change the dye/stain lot and the color wouldn't match.
Chances are you'll be fine waiting, but we decided to just get it all over with at the same time. As for space, ours are standing up in the guest bedroom closet. They will have to move eventually, but for now they're ok there.
Yep, you're risking it! I bought my crib at BRU and the company is no longer in business. My crib will never convert. *tear

My Blog
I normally don't explain my actions that get such hateful, unnecessary commnents, but...when I linked the FB photos, I logged out to see what info it would show. It didn't have my name on there. Only when I tried to view them myself, did I realize one would have to login to FB to see. (unlike shuttterfly where you can share with anyone). I tried to delete the post last night, but the nest kept giving me an error message. I was able to delete this AM.
As far as why I posted in 3 separate posts- why do you care? If it bothered you, you didn't have to open them, but if it made you feel better to reply so rudely, then I'm glad you could get that out of your system. But, just so you know, I didn't think about the color or the conversion rails until later, hence...the additional postings. Besides, even if I had included them in one, people don't usually answer all of the questions, they tend to focus on just one.
Thanks for caring!
