I ordered a few things last week, including two boxes of Earth's Best oatmeal. The cellophane on one of the boxes was torn, and the box was torn as well. I sent an email to customer service a couple of hours ago - so late night on a holiday weekend - and got a response about an hour later. They're shipping me a new box. I just got another email - my order is ready to ship! I honestly didn't expect a reply until Tuesday at the earliest. I heart good customer service.
