I would first assume it is pronounced, "Uh-lease" although I wouldn't be surprised if someone told me it was pronounced differently. That is what I would first guess though. Oh, and I DO like the name :-)

When I first saw it, I pronounced it as 'uh-lease', however, the more I researched it, the more I saw it was a derivative of Alice, so I was curious if it was pronounced more like Alice and I was saying it wrong!
