do you feel that you annoy the drs office?

hi...I have a 2 yr old. When she was 1st born, i called the dr a lot. then, they would recomend meds when it really wasnt necessary. i wouldnt give her the meds. they r a good drs office. that isnt the issue.  i just like to dcide whether or not i want to give her the meds.

Now, that i know that my daughter is delayed, I try to be on top pf everything. I dont know if anything I am saying is making sense.

I call often and I hope they dont dislike me for that. Anyone else feel that way?

  • I wouldn't worry a bit about what they thought.   The employees make money answering questions, etc.   You just do what you need to do and if you don't receive the top client award of the year...then so be it!

do you have to pay your doctor's office for phone calls?

Anyway, I don't think that you are annoying anybody at your doctor's office.  People go into that profession because they want to help children.  I am sure that they appreciate how dedicated you are to your daughter and her care.

Sadly yes, we have a $10 fee for anything after 5pm.  Which in my world is when everything happens...ha.

This.  I feel the same way at times.  I sometimes call my Dr.'s office every 2-3 weeks or so b/c DS has had a history of ear infections.  Whenever I notice DS fidgeting with his ears I call to make an appt.  They probably think that I am paranoid, but I dont care.  DS health is my main priority and honestly I dont care what they think about me.
