Oh and the Mom has said that he gets mad when you take his cigs away from him. The city has offered to buy the parents a new car if they get him to quit smoking.... Absolutely horrible!

Saw this on TV last night. At first I thought it was a joke, like the Chumba Wumba dancing baby and was amused. But it's real. Holy crap those people are horrible assclowns.

Completely unnaceptable. The parents should loose custody for child endangerment. Maybe I'm being extreme; but that is so clearly stupid.
