I fell down the stairs yesterday

I took yesterday off to move some boxes to the new house.  On my way down a flight of stairs I thought I was at the last step and totally crashed and burned.  I went straight down to my knees, and bent my feet back pretty hard.  It hurt, but i survived.  Could have been a lot worse I suppose.
