where do you buy your lo's shoes?

I am having so much trouble finding shoes I like - right now I'm looking for sandals that cover the toe but aren't tough leather for DD.  I'm not having much luck.  She wears size 4.  TIA

    Usually stride rite or Target if I'm looking for a specific style for a dress or outfit.  Have you tried zappos.com? They have a pretty good selection so that might give you a few ideas.
