Dehydration?

I'm concerned about DS.  He has had a some diarrhea the last 24 hours.  The only symptom that we see for dehydration is a sticky tongue.  Have you had that and what treatment have you done?

    LO hasn't been dehydrated but when he was first born and having weight issues - he told us that his soft spot would be really sunken in if he was dehydrated. Just one more thing to look for I guess. 1ht
