    I just saw this on our local news! How could that be their excuse? Don't they have to buy them? I mean, really, how can a 2 year old be addicted without the help of his parents?! lol

    He "throws a tantrum" if they don't let him smoke when he wants (up to 40 cigarettes a day).

    This exactly and even farther, why is it acceptable to let a 2 yo have fire?

    I just watched the video and it's so disturbing.  I was looking at it thinking that he sure doesn't exhale much smoke.  Then it dawned on me, it's because his lungs are so small!!!  I'm really sad.

    Their parents aren't responsible enough to have a designated driver and honestly, the kid would probably drunk too in order to keep him from having a tantrum.
