Was breast feeding, now OUCH, sore boobs.

Any tips? I am hanging up BF and pumping, my LO doesn't seem to care for breast milk anymore Sad Any remedies or tips for how to make this soreness and tenderness go away? TIA

    I soak in the tub and put a warm washcloth of them. Use the Lanolin like its going out of style. Alternating heat and ice may help too. I've heard of using bags of frozen veggies. Gl.

    How often are you pumping? For how long?

    How much are you getting on each side?

    Are you massaging? Using hot compress'? Using Lanoshin cream?

    Have you met with a lactation consultant?
