As many of you know, we lost my husbands cousin who was only 25 almost 2 weeks ago.  It's been such a sad time for the family.

Last Wednesday I got news that an old friend had given birth to her baby girl & she survived less than a day.  We haven't kept in close contact, but I will be there to support them at the funeral this weekend.

Last Saturday night a firefighter in the city I grew up in was killed in a house fire.  My husband & I went to school with his brother.  He left behind two beautiful babies & his wife.  As the sister & granddaughter of a firefighter, it's almost too much to take in.  My brother stopped by on the way to the funeral this morning in his formal firefighter uniform & I broke down in tears.

They say it comes in threes.  This better be the f'ing end of it.

    That is just so sad to see that many losses of life, and with everyone being so young (especially a baby). I am sorry you are going through this, I can't even imagine. Big hugs today.

    definitely keeping you in my prayers. I'm so sorry there has been so much sadness lately.
    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.
