Head Rush/ Pressure?

I sort of have a mild sinus pressure thing going on today, but it seems like whenever I lower my head I get this huge head rush and almost vertigo-like sensation...even by doing something as simple as reaching in the fridge for something. Do you think this because of the sinus thing or can it be attributed to the extra blood flow? I have dealt with cloggy sinuses before but never experienced anything like this, I can almost feel the blood pumping around in my head after it happens!

This coupled with the nausea today is making my workday quite miserable. I just want to go home and crawl in bed!

    i've been really dizzy and just like that a few times, esp. after getting up after sitting at a long dinner.  it's very weird, but it goes away in a few minutes so i'm not worried, it's just annoying!

    I've had quite a bit of light headiness.  It seems to be just another thing to get through.  I did decide very quickly I was done climbing ladders at work though.
