I do everyday for daycare, but when we are home, or out and about with him I leave them off.

I did when it was cold out, but now that it is warmer I don't. I know what you mean about it feeling kind of weird but I figure DD's comfort is more important and she gets overheated very easily. I am also not planning on getting any sandals or anything because I think the whole "pre-walker" shoe thing is kind of silly. So I guess I will just have a sockless baby until it gets cool again.

I don't. I read a developmental research article on how babies move and touch with their toes so much more when they don't have socks or shoes on. The researcher equated it to how much more you can experience without gloves on all day.

I haven't been recently, because it gets so hot. Because of that, I have had several older women complain that I leave my baby barefoot...

DD only wears socks when it's cold out. Otherwise, she goes barefoot.

LO is anti-sock and shoe. even during the winter we put socks on him but they would be off in the car ride to daycare in the am.

I hardly ever put socks on him. He uses his feet so much to feel, and move things that I feel bad taking that away from him with socks.

Not since the weather's been so warm. The only exception is if we are going to be inside (with a lot of A/C) for a while-like at a restaurant. For warmth and people grabbing. A old woman grabbed his foott at Outback on Mother's Day-I'm so glad he was wearing socks, eww!

No, she has little sandals she wears.. but if she kicks them off I just leave them off for her.. when her feet sweat they get stinky so the socks will be MIA until it gets cooler.

I do almost always, but if its really warm out then I wont. I did on our walk today and it was hot, but it was mainly to keep the sun of her tootsies. at the zoo on sunday it was super hot so we did no socks and lots of sunscreen!
