Speaking of pg and eyes, I had an allergy that made the whites of my eyes puff out of my eye so that everytime I blinked, my eyelids were squishing the whites of my eyes. It was a weird feeling. MH got scared and took me to ER (we were in the middle of nowhere on vacation and it was a Sunday) and they just told me to take some Benadryl. I also had a really bad case of an upset stomach at the same time. I don't know if that was related to the allergy and heightened by the pg or what.
Not really - main things were congestion, bloody noses and, in the late 3rd tri, arthritic joint pain in my hands. I tried to tell myself I was mostly feeling "normal" so I didn't get too out of my regular routine. Maybe I missed some things?
I didn't have too many ailments but the ones I did have were all found in the pregnancy books.
the only strange thing that happened - 1 day before my bfp we were hiking and I couldn't make it to the top of the trail - I ran out of water and my heart was racing and I was soooooo fatigued. It is one that we do all the time, and had just completed in record time a couple of weeks before. It's crazy that a tiny ball of cells can make that big of difference so fast - I wasn't sick and nothing else had changed so it must have been the bfp. The next time we went I knew to take it easy so I paced myself and brought more water and was just fine, but definitely slower.
YES!!!! This crappy laryngitis that has gone on for a month now! There's no real medical reason why I'd have it due to pregnancy (except maybe acid reflux, which doesn't seem to be the culprit, since I have no other symptoms of acid, and I was on meds that didn't help, either). It started the week I entered 3rd tri, and I'm convinced that my voice will magically clear up the minute I give birth!

Hope your eye heals soon!
