Broken Blood Vessels On My Face

Last night while going for a drive with my husband i got extremely naseus.  Needless to say we ended up pulled over on the side of the road.  This morning i woke up to find broken blood vessels all over my face.  While I have had this happen before it is usualy just around my eyes not my entire face.  I was just wondering if anyone knew of anyways to make them heal faster, make-up can only do so much and it's extremely noticable.

    bare minerals is good at covering stuff like that.  You could get them zapped at the derm's office but that may be a no no right now.
