I am hoping to labor at home as long as possible before delivering at the hospital. I'm not sure if a midwife or a doula would be more helpful in achieving this goal but I'd love some recs.
if you already have an OB that you're happy with and are delivering at a hospital, then what you're looking for is a doula - a doula will help you through labor and serve as support and or birth coach for you during labor - check with Delilah Ray at cherishbirth.com - she is AWESOME!!!
