crashing this thread - Nicole, I never responded to your nursery post...we actually will have one now, it seems - this is for a separate post on TN, but we put an offer in on a house, and it was accepted! so if all goes well, we close at the end of June... that said, i have no idea what will go in it, or whether the baby will actually sleep in there, or anything. after all those other responses, I'm rethinking whether we even want to buy a crib yet for a while i'm trying to take it pretty in-stride, and we'll do whatever works!
ahem, anyway, my point was - the more I look at this snoopy set, the more i love it. i liked a PP's idea of buying a few pieces instead of the entire set - is that possible?

And thanks for posting this, Natalie!

And I have to say, I am very happy and proud to be making do with
what we have. With all the transitions that come with having a baby,
there's no way I'd be able to deal with moving and paying more rent!
In
retrospect, we'd probably be screwed if we actually moved into a larger
(i.e., more expensive) place. With the prospect of MH being laid off
in the near future, we'd have much bigger problems than simply not
having a nursery. We'll find a way to do the best we can with what we
have.
OMG, Congrats Sandra!!!!! I thought I saw you post something about putting in an offer. That is awesome news and the timing couldn't be better. You'll probably be into the full swing of nesting by the time end of June comes around, but still have enough time to get settled before baby comes.
I need to do more research on that Snoopy set and other ones. I'm thinking I'd like to get the crib sheets (definitely) and maybe a small rug to put in front of the crib. I love the idea of removable vinyl wall decals. I'm looking for a Snoopy one to put above the crib. I also just realized last night that our bedroom is already painted a pale robbin's egg blue color (by the previous owners).

LOL! It is totally like that on their website if you click on the "White" crib. It's a sign! It was meant to be!
