Babies: 9 - 12 Months

If you do 4 bottles a day ...

What times do you do them at roughly?

I'm thinking it's time to stop giving a bedtime bottle  ... but it's her 4th bottle of the day.

I'm trying to figure out where else I could fit it in ... and what everyone else is doing.

I can't cut down to three, b/c she won't take more than between 4 and 6 oz at a time.  Ever.

I am in the same boat.  The girls still get 4 bottles a day with the last one at bedtime.

    7am Lauryn gets 8oz Ava gets 6oz

    11am 6oz for both

    3pm 6oz for both

    7pm Lauryn gets 8oz Ava gets 6oz

Lauryn always finishes her bottles and Ava doesnt always finish.  I am not sure how to change this either.  I feel like we will be on bottles forever.

DD gets a bottle when she gets up (usually between 7&8), one around noon or so, one between 3-5 & one at bedtime. She also won't take more than 4-6 oz. at a time.

We do 4 bottles a day, but he still gets one at bedtime.  No idea how we will ever drop that one!

    His eating 'schedule'

    7a 6 oz bottle

    9a breakfast

    11a 6 oz bottle

    1p lunch

    3p 6 oz bottle

    5:30-6p dinner

    7p 8 oz bottle

    He's usually asleep by 7:30

  •  We do 4 bottles a day and our schedule is:

    6:30- 7 oz.

    8:00- breakfast

    10:00- 6 oz. (then nap)

    12:00-lunch

    2:00- 6 oz. (then nap)

    6:00- dinner

    7:00- 6 oz.

    8:00- bed

  • I'm still doing 4 bottles a day.  He gets offered 8 oz per feeding, but here's about how much he eats and when:

    7 am: 6 oz

    11:30 am: 6 oz

    3:30 pm: 6-7 oz

    7 pm (bedtime): 6-8 oz

He also gets three solid meals at 9 am, 12:30 pm, and 5:30 pm.  His night bottle has a tbsp of rice cereal in it.

  • Well that settles it.

If you guys are still doing a bedtime bottle then we will continue to too.  She really enjoys that bottle b/c it's soothing to her and then she gets to go to bed with a full tummy.

    Thanks!  ;)

  • -Between 6 am and 7 am 6oz

    -around noon 6oz

    -around 4 pm 6oz

    -around 7:30 pm 7oz

  • She does the same thing, she has a 7oz at 6:15a, 6oz at 10:30ish, 6oz at 3p and then an 8-9oz at 7 (bedtime bottle). There is obviously fruits & veggies in between. Not sure when to drop that last bottle...

    6oz at 7:30am

    6oz at 11:30am

    6oz at 3:30pm

    6oz at 7:30pm

This can be off by 30 minutes.

DD won't take more than 6oz either so I think we're stuck with 4 bottles for a while.
