manufacture's coupon and Target coupon = no deal!

I had a manufacture's coupon for Huggie's swim diaper and a Target coupon both for $1.50 off. They were both printed off the internet because of that the lady said I could only use one. I said "but I have a Target and a manufactures coupon, you all except both at the same time" She said "not if they are both from the internet" 

 Anyone know if this is right?

    I actually used both yesterday, and the woman was great about letting me, but when I got to my car, I noticed that only one had gone through.  I was annoyed, but I was not going back into that crowded store to get my money back.  I hate how difficult it is to get Target to scan coupons correctly.

    I've never had this problem.  I'm pretty sure Target has an official coupon policy that you can print somewhere and show to cashiers who give you hassles.  I'm not sure where to find that official coupon policy, though!

    I've never had an issue using both at my Target.

     It doesn't say anywhere that you can't use two internet printables.

    That is NOT right.  Target accepts 1 manufacturer's coupon & 1 Target coupon.  If you go to target.com you can print a copy of their coupon policy to take with you next time.

    I think I am going to print that policy, make sure I check the fine print and show it to the cashier if there are any questions.

    i agree - one of each, no restrictions on where they came from.

    one thing to watch on the target coupons is that they usually show up as reducing the price on my receipt instead of like a normal manufacturer coupon. and then below the item it explains how the price was calculated. i usually get confused and think they didn't take the store coupon off. Smile
