Did you change LO's naps OR

 did LO do it on his own? DS still takes 3 naps a day 830-1000ish, 1230-2ish and then a cat nap at 4-445ish.....should I try to push back his afternoon nap or does it just gradually happen? 

 

btw- I hate this new "board split" and having to re-post on 2 boards b/c I want opinions of moms with older babies...ughhhhhhh

    she did it on her own, she got rid of her cat nap( 3rd nap) about 2 or 3 weeks ago. and now takes a very long morning nap and a 1 hour afternoon nap.

    She did it on her own. No way would I interfere with her wanting to take a nap! :)

    DD started to drop the late afternoon nap.  If she takes a cat nap late in the day she won't go to sleep at night.  We try to keep her active unless she's exhausted so she will go to bed at a normal hour.

    DD still takes 3 naps, on almost the same schedule as your LO.
