Sure! Tear the kale into bite-sized pieces (discard the big thick stem).
preheat the oven to 375, and line a baking sheet w/parchment or spray w/cooking spray. Spread the kale in a single layer, and drizzle w/olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper (I also like to do parm sometimes as well).
Bake about 10-15 minutes, or until they are crispy and the edges are starting to brown.
Sometimes I dip them in ketchup if I really want to feel like I'm eating fries!
