i have vulvar varicosities (essentially, vaginal hemorrhoids) and i take a combination of RRL tea and vitamin E every day to help. i couldn't say which helped the most, since i take them both and started at the same time, but i've defnitely noticed a difference.

I drank it all through pregnancy- my m/w has a pregnancy nourishing tea mate at the local herbs shop that I drank (1-3 cups a day toward the end, if I could stand it)
My labor was fairly short, I started having light contractions at 7:30 am DD was born at 2:15 and my m/w said my labor really started at around 10:30

I am drinking it. I guess I won't really know if it helps or not as I have nothing to compare it to, but I figure anything that might help is good and it can't hurt.
I drank it...starting at around 39-40 weeks. DS was born at 41 weeks. I'm not sure it helped, but it didn't hurt so I'd do it again. I also just started drinking it again for my first pp AF and it helped with the cramps.

I drank it. I did go into labor 9 days "early", but I still labored a while. I don't know if there is any good way to tell if it worked, but it tasted good!

I have been drinking a Traditional Medicinals brand Pregnancy Tea for quite some time now (which has RRL in it), and I must say I notice a difference when I do and when I don't drink it. I have also stocked up on their RRL tea, for when I get further along (which is also suggested on the side of the Pregnancy tea box, in combination with it).
I drank it with DS and I will again with this baby. My mom also drank it with me and had a short and easy delivery. My first labor was 8 hours from first contraction to baby in my arms. I was 9cm after 4 hours of labor. I don't know if it was the tea per se, but it can't hurt. Oh, I started drinking it around 30 weeks or so and my baby wasn't born till 41w5d.
I just bought the ingredients and plan to drink it throughout my 3rd trimester (starting next week).
At our birthing center they recommend a mix of red raspberry leaves and nettles (which help build milk supply and other fun stuff), so that's what I'll be drinking. I had some iced at class the other day and it was surprisingly good.
I drank it, starting at 38 weeks. My MW wouldn't let me have it sooner. I went exactly a week late, and my labor was 13 hours total. I doubt that it really affected my labor TOO much, but it was tasty with a little bit of honey!
I'm trying to drink it every day, but I HATE the taste, so sometimes I "forget."
But I also hate the taste of cranberry, but was told UTIs are more common in PG, so I made a big batch of RRL tea that I keep in the fridge and every morning I mix it with cranberry juice and down it like medicine. Oddly, the two gross flavors kind of cancel each other out, and it's not so bad.
I do not like tea at all, but I am getting some of the capsules to start taking at 35 weeks. Who knows if it'll actually help, but worth a shot of toning that ute!
www.wishgardenherbs.com also has a few choices for tea... a preg. tonic tea is a good choice as it has RRL, and all the other things you need to aid in swelling, heartburn, milk production.
RRL always increased my BH contractions. RRL def. helps to tone your uterus. My labor was 6 hours start to finish... I did push for 2 hours.
I don't think RRL helps you deliver faster but more "trains" your uterus for delivery - sort of like training for a marathon! HA!
I drank it from 37 weeks on, daily. I also took EPO (orally & vaginally). I don't know if we'll ever know for sure if they helped or not, but I delivered on my due date. My water broke spontaneously, then contrax started. 12 hrs of labor, 15 minutes of pushing (first baby, 8 lb'er), minimal tearing.
Re: Red raspberry leaf tea
i drank it with #1 and am doing it now with #2.
i don't know if it worked or not, but i pushed for only a few minutes with #1 and he came out pretty easy!

I drank this one at my doula's recommendation... https://herblore.com/service/index.php?pg=info_pregnancy_tea

You can add some spearmint, which tastes nice and also helps with stomach issues.
(my birth center has a bunch of recipes and add-ins based on your particular needs, so it's based on that sheet).
