I was getting crazy headaches/migranes the week before I got my BFP, and for a couple days after that. I found that if I drank a gallon of water a day I was fine...
Headaches like crazy. They seem to be made worse/caused by staring at my computer and the flourecent lighting in our office. I have to take constant eye breaks. Eating and drinking ice cold water seems to help a bit, but they always come back and I don't feel like I can just eat and eat and eat constantly (especially cause I'm also getting stomach aches the past couple days).
You can try a tylenol, although those don't do anything for me personally.
I don't have many regular headaches, but I do get migraines from time to time. Caffeine helps, so I will try a diet coke. If that doesn't help, I pop a Zofran, which for some reason has always dulled (although never cured) my migraines, and helps with both the migraine-related nausea and the m/s nausea. Doesn't do anything for my regular headaches though.
