Not a fan of this humidity and heat

It's soooo hot today.  My ankles and feet are completely swollen.  Thank goodness I got away with wearing flip flops to work because I don't think I could have squeezed my foot into another pair of shoes.  I may end up icing my legs by the end of the day to see if that helps reduce the swelling at all.

    I hear you. I didn't even think about the swelling potential, and sat at the island all night working on some etsy orders. Aka, my legs were dangling from the stool for hours. Next thing I knew my feet were so swollen it hurt to put any weight on them! Not fun. Icing them helped a lot though, I hope it worked for you too!

    I've been wearing flip flops for a couple weeks now...  thank god my office is casual or I'd have to go buy larger shoes to accommodate these cankles!

    I can't wait for the weather to be a little cooler this weekend.  I thought I was lucky having a July 2nd due date, figuring I'd miss most of the heat - of course Boston weather has to be difficult!
