Another mommy confession

So I'm going to pick up more hours/patients in the very near future. I found a part time/drop-in daycare that I'm happy with, about 2 miles from home, and I need to do a trial run on Friday for a minimum of 2 hours.

I thought about what I could get done for those hours... and then I thought about the fact that the new Sex and the City movie is opening...

So basically, my friend, who is also going to use the daycare for part time/drop in is going to drop her DD off at the same time (so at least our LO's will have someone they know!) and we're going to go see SATC together.  This feels so wrong on many different levels, but I cannot wait! I've not seen a movie in the theater since the day before DS was born.

    Love it! My BFF and I are going to a midnight showing tonight, the babies will be in bed so we are gonna go out and may even sneak some wine into the theater, I feel like such a rebel! Boy am I gonna be tired tomorrow.

    Don't feel guilty, you deserve some leisure time to yourself every once in a while!

    I haven't been to the movies since DD was born either!  I was just thinking about this!!!
