No. He has stipulations still. Basically he wants overnight visits with the girls. So I told my lawyer that he could have them if they had their own room with adequate sleeping facilities. I refuse to pay for any type of transportation costs since he was the one who moved away initially (and because I will have no extra income while in school). I just don't see how it will be feasible for him to have overnight visits when I live in CA and he lives in CO....he can only have them for one overnight at a time. I think he may try some thing at Christmas (if he actually comes out) and have the overnights take place at his aunt's house.
BTW Your kids are absolutely precious I love the new pics you posted on FB:)
