NBR: We close on both houses today!!

We were supposed to close yesterday on the home we're selling but the buyer's lender wasted time and didn't get final numbers together... but, we just got the call and we're all set for back to back closings at 2:00pm!

Yay!!

And, even more exciting than that, the total we have to bring to the table is $3,500 LESS than they estimated! Sweet!! New washer and dryer and patio furniture here we come!!!  It's not a ton of money but between the loss we're taking on the old place and the ginormous amount of money we're putting down on the new place I'll take whatever I can get!!!!

I'm so excited!!

We get to stay in our house for 14 days after today - and the seller's of our new place get to stay in theirs for 7 days so we have a week to pack, then have a week with both houses... this makes things soooo much easier!!!

Ok!  Thanks for letting me be a big AW!  This has been such a long and stressful process - we are NEVER doing this again!!
