My 2 pregnancies were pretty similar, except I had TONS of cravings with DD, and not so many with the twins. That I attribute to a better diet in general the 2nd time, b/c I was eating more healthfully b/c of DD. I gained a little more second time around, but I had 2 babies!

My pregnancies were pretty similar. I gained about the same amount of weight even though with #1 I felt like I ate what I wanted to and #2 I tried to reel it in.
I did have more pain/discomfort the second time around but I blame that on having a toddler to chase after.
Overall, I had pretty easy pregnancies both times around. However, my first pregnancy was a breeze. I LOVED being pregnant and felt like I could stay pregnant forever! My second one wasn't quite that glorious. I'm not sure if it was because it was so soon after my first pregnancy or because I was so busy chasing DS around. I had these horrible pains that I never really did figure out what they were. Starting around 20ish weeks, it just hurt to walk at all and literally felt like he was falling out and putting a huge amount of pressure on my pelvic floor if that makes sense. When he was born, he ended up being 10 lbs 6 oz, so maybe that had something to do with it.
As far as weight gain goes, I gained more with my second pregnancy. I think that was my own fault though. I ate healthier during my first pregnancy. During my second, I just ate what I could, when I could.

Mine were very different. 1st pregnancy was easy, but I had pPROM so DS was early.
2nd pregnancy was more stressful because we worried about pPROM this time. I also had gestational diabetes the 2nd pregnancy. I gained a lot less. I gained about 25lbs and had a big baby. I lost almost all of it by 2 weeks pp.
I gained the same amount both times. I hate horribly the first time around compared to the second pregnancy. I thought for sure I wouldn't gain as much but I did.

So far they're pretty similar. I had m/s for 9 weeks with DS and 11 weeks with this PG. I didn't gain any weight until after 20 weeks with DS (but never lost any either) and lost 5 lbs and am now just up to pre-PG weight again for this PG. No major cravings either time.
The only thing that's really different is that I started feeling DS at 16 weeks and could feel him from the outside by 18 weeks. I'm still not certain that I've felt this one at all yet, so that's really different, esp. since lots of people say you should feel #2 earlier. I'm hoping that it means this child will be calmer and not colicky when it's born.
My pregnancies were complete opposites! With my 1st I was never sick, I got really wide and gained 50lbs! With my 2nd I threw up everyday till 27 weeks, I was all in front and I gained 28 lbs. My pregnancy with my little girl was the wrost, not sure if it was becasue shes a girl..or the 2nd? But I was always in pain, sick, uncomfortable. My 1st pregnancy was a dream compared to the 2nd!
I was lucky to have easy pregnancies both times. I felt nauseated in the mornings for a little bit longer the second time. I stuck straight out the second time too, and my belly felt much heavier.?
In terms of weight gain, I gained a bit less the second time, but within healthy ranges both times. I think I was more active, chasing my toddler around, and made better eating choices. I think the first time around I sort of fell into that "I'm pregnant so I can eat it" idea. ??

My PGs were very similar, but the first time I gained 26 lbs. I only gained 21 lbs in the 2nd.

GD with #2
gained 32 lbs with #1
gained 22 lbs with #2 which was because of the GD diet I'm sure
