2nd time mamas- contrax question

in 3rd Trimester
My contractions have gone from about 20 minutes apart to about 9 minutes in about 2 hours.  Is that fast?  Or normal?  I have noooo idea.

    Sounds like progression to me, too.  Wahoo!  Good luck!

    Also, not everyone (myself included) has timeable contractions.  Mine were never every 5min, then every 4, etc.  I had an hour of contractions that were all over the place (12min,6,4,9,7, etc.) but painful enough I couldn't talk through them.  If you get to that point painwise, you may want to go in or at least call L&D.

    *Disclaimer...  My labors have both been 4 hours, so that may not be the case for you.
