Hawaii Babies

q's before we leave for the babymoon

We're leaving for Cabo this Saturday. Aside from the usual, only drink bottled water and put sunscreen, are there any other things I need to do/not do since I am pregnant? I have a very easy and normal pregnancy (sometimes I even forget I am pregnant lol) and haven't had any m/s from the getgo. Can I go snorkeling or ride a boat? I'll see my doctor on Friday so I can ask her too. I thought I'd check with my knowledgeable bumpies first Wink.

Thanks!

E

  • I just replied to your FB message :)

Have a wonderful time and relax and ENJOY.  We enjoyed Cabo SO much it was probably the most relaxing vacation we've ever had.  I remember my hair dresser telling me to only drink bottled water and use the bottled water to brush my teeth as well!  The PB Sunset Beach had a water filtration system (we went on a tour, it was really neat to see), therefore I just brushed my teeth with the tap water.  We also bought bottled water to drink just in case but I was not too worried at all.  Maybe your resort is the same, inquire?   Anyway, be mindful of the usual precautions but most of all, have fun and don't worry! :)

  • I went to Cabo when I was 23 weeks pregnant for our babymoon too! You're going to have so much fun! I went on a boat ride, but other than that we just lounged around the resort. I didn't really do any other activities. Have fun and be safe!!
  • have fun! yes you can go snorkeling, just no scuba diving :)
  • Thank you!

Don't worry, I don't plan to scuba dive..coz I don't know how! haha. Good to know snorkelling is ok. I guess no sunbathing for this trip :-/.

  • Have fun!  Can't wait to see pictures when you get back!
