Love it! Totally addicted. DH is going once a week every week these days. While I'd love to, pregnant chicks can't fly
Anyone age 3+ can go, provided you weight under 200lb (if under 6') or 250lb (over 6') and don't have known, recurring back problems.
It's wonderful, IMO. It feels just like free-fall in skydiving, but safer. I can't say it's 100% safe, because nothing is, but the risks are notably lower than skydiving.
iFlySFBay.com is the only wind-tunnel in the driveable Bay Area. The service is great and the people that work there are top-notch. I've been very happy there and highly recommend it.

Thanks for the feed back Ava. Thinking this may be the perfect Fathers Day Gift for DH. He's always wanted to try skydiving, but now that he's a family man wouldn't dream of the risk involved. I think it would be cool for DC to watch as well. I don't really have any interest, so it would be all about celebrating DH as a Father - giving him some freedom for a few.

Don't just have him watch -- if he's over 3, have him fly too

I don't think he'd do it. But it may be something that once we get there, he'll want to do because Daddy is doing it. So, I'll reserve for the two of them just in case.

That's a good idea. If he doesn't, Daddy can fly his time, so it won't go to waste.
There are a bunch of good lunch places right there, too... Texas Roadhouse, Chilis, Chevys, Tony Romas, Fuddruckers, a sushi place, IHOP, Friday, Applebees... and a movie theater, if so inclined! LOL

Thanks Lizz. Most of those, but especially Texas Roadhouse are out due to DC's allergies. Chili's or Chevy's might work though. Thanks!
Re: NBR: Indoor Skydiving??
We took my dad for his birthday last year... he LOVED it! We loved watching it!
Are you looking at the place in Union City?
ETA: We have video of my dad; lemme see if it's posted on my blog...
DH took me for my birthday this year. Loved it! It wasn't as good as the real thing, but I would do it again in a heartbeat.
