I've been munching on Honey wheat pretzels (Snyder's brand) and chewing ice chips. Not sure if it actually helps, or just preoccupies my mind to get me past the feeling. Distraction or not, it gets me by.
It doesn't help except for when it's actually going down, but I've been sipping ice cold water. For some reason that helps the nausea (but as I sad, its not a long term fix - maybe lasts a few minutes) - but at least it's helping me get my water in!
Ginger brew 26 grams of real Ginger in it. Only available at natural stores such as Trader Joe's. I will drink one 30 minutes to 1 hour before a meal and it settles my stomach enough so I an actually eat.
Trader Joe's has some amazing Ginger Chews at the checkout kiosk. If you have access to TJ's then I would definitely suggest those. They're working for me!
