Can you alternate what you are doing, some computer, some not? Or maybe you need to print out long emails, etc to read. I know that may seem like a waste of paper but you gotta get through it...
Pretty much all of my job requires the computer (writing contracts, updating websites, etc) - but at least today I have a meeting that should take about 1.5 hours so that's good. I hoep this goes away soon - I've been taking "eye" breaks every 5 minutes or so - just closing my eyes or looking away from the computer screen....
