XP: Yesterday's ultrasound = confused

They saw the yolk sac and the baby is in the uterus...but no heartbeat yet.  They had me at 5w3d yesterday by my LMP...but by my dates, timing of meds and intercourse, etc., I should be 6w1d.  My RE reassured me everything was okay, and they'll do another ultrasound next week.

I'm thinking I'm now 6w2d because they had triggered me with hCG (to ovulate) on CD9, and by my chart, I either ovulated on CD10 or CD11.  

For those of you who had medicated cycles, did they go by your LMP or by the timing of your trigger/hCG shot, IUI, etc.? 

I'm going to call them again today with my concerns and see if I can come in on Friday, when I'll be 6 weeks according to their dates.

    Go by your chart.  That said, I wouldn't worry unless your RE thinks there's a problem, you might just have a late implanter.  :)

    My dr is going by the u/s dates, even though it is a few off from tigger (which makes it way off from my LMP). I think the LO implanted a smidge late based on some intense cramping I had, so maybe that impacted growth and is why I measure a few days behind--maybe you too. I don't think you have anything to worry about at this point. Any of those possible dates could make it too early to see the h/b.
