Parenting after 35

Teeth!

So last week, Keira was cranky and woke up in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row.  I was so tired that I said, "I'd better see some new teeth after this!"  And I did!  On Thursday, we noticed tooth #3 poking through the gum on the bottom, right next to teeth #s 1 & 2.  And then on Saturday, when I was lifting her up to grab a bar above our heads at the park, I saw tooth #4 poking through the top gums.  She's doubling her tooth count!

I'm so happy for her.  Maybe soon she will be able to eat like a normal 19 month old.

Re: Teeth!

  • Yay for teeth!!!!

Sorry for crankiness, however. I'm guessing it's going to be a rough spell when she gets in all these teeth. Poor girl.

  • Awww...way to go little lady!
  • Really?  I would have thought by her age she would have had most of them.  Is she missing  a more?

Congrats and good luck!  Hopefully not all of them will be painful.

Just wait until she tries something crunchy!!

Wow - little girl waited a long time for those teeth! Hopefully they'll all start coming in with very little pain and drama (fingers crossed!)
