Bella Band question

My friend is giving me hers and it is nude. My question is, wouldn't a color like white or black make more sense? Because isn't it longer than the shirt you are wearing? I feel like something nude might seem odd sticking out from under my shirt. Or am I wrong and it is completely covered?

    Depends on the style of shirt you wear. Mine usually pokes through, but I own the black, and white and nude ones and change them out depending on my shirt.

    the nude ones are good to wear if you're wearing a longer top, especially if it's shear. that or it will just look like a nude colored tank top. I have a ton of different colors, but i also use them to hold my insulin pump when I'm sleeping. I usually dont like mine sticking out from a shirt because they bunch and roll up through the day, I usually stick with hip length tops once i start to bust outta my britches anyway, the bella band is jut for modesty sake LOL PS you can get them WAAAAAY cheaper online than you can from stores, I usually get like 5 or 6 for 20 bucks on ebay.

    Can someone tell me what the heck is a belly band? I've been seeing this word everywhere but haven't researched it yet? I should probably know this, lol!
