BD cramping? (tmi alert)

so as scared as I have been to have sex... i caved last night... and this evening... my poor DH couldn't take it anymore and honestly neither could I!  tonight after I have had some mild cramping and nausea... normal??  Also is there anything I should be worried about with having sex at 5w1d??  I feel like its going to cause a m/c or the sperm is going to attack my baby!  I know I sound crazy but I am SCARED TO DEATH something will happen!  any advice here?

    There is nothing to be afraid of. You have a mucous plug to keep things out of your cervix and your LO is well cushioned in there. My guess is that what you are feeling is just PG symptoms, not intercourse symptoms--though maybe you did stretch your abs some.

    i went to my ob gyn a week ago when i was 4 wks and he told me that sex was perfectly safe.  also, i've been cramping and he said it was normal unless i saw any blood or dark discharge.  so cramping and nausea are normal and sex at 5 wk should be safe.  (i must admit though, i was scared too... me and my poor hubby went a while too before i finally caved)

    I'm terrified to have sex too....so is DH!  I'm sure we'll not be able to take it anymore & let loose soon! Stick out tongue
