I'm going to put both pieces on craigslist this week. The vanity has nothing wrong with it.

$50 bucks will make a quick sale so you don't have to deal with craigslist people too much.

I sold a 5-dr set of drawers for an easy $50 and ended up with about 10 more emails with offers. Mine wasn't in very good shape!

Don't underestimate your stuff. List it a little high and if you don't hear from anyone soon, relist at a lower price.

I'd start at $150/both or $50 and $100 if you want to list them individually.

I agree with this post....if not more. I have made over $2000 this past year on craigslist. Just know you will typically be bid down a bit. There is no harm in starting higher than you anticipate. If nothing else you lower the price and repost. I wouldn't go lower than $150 all together.

I would pay $100 for the vanity and probably $40-$50 for the chest of drawers. Probably start at $200 for both so you have room to "negotiate". And if someone buys it at that, score!!

Definately don't go below $100 for that vanity though. It's a beaut.
