DH always joked that I slept through my 1st tri with DS. I'm doing ok w/fatigue so far. I guess you could tell yourself that you'll feel proud of yourself if you work out. That's not usually enough to motivate me though... Good luck!
I'm going to start trying to exercise in the morning instead of my usual evening time. I feel better when I first wake up in the morning. We'll see how it goes. GL!
I'm tired and going to bed early but I won't nap bc it will mess up my sleep cycle. I honestly find that some moderate cardio makes me feel better. My workouts are wussy but it still feels nice and gives me some energy.
tired is a big part of the deal, it's nature's way of forcing us to slow down. on the other hand if it's a big problem talk to yur ob about a bvitamin supplement. many women are deficient and it increases your bodys ability to turn glucose into energy. when not pregnant i take vitamin B and in the afternoon when i feel like i'm gonna faint i'm o tired it gives me a boost, feels almost like i had a cup of coffee or a snack. it's great!
