Anyone Else?

Anyone Else really tired all the time?

I feel like some days it is a lot for me to get up and go to work for 8 hours.

I would like to go back to working out the way I was before I became pregnant, but I am always tired.  Any suggestions?

Re: Anyone Else?

  • Yep, I am exhausted. I don't have any suggestions other than a nap :)

  • Yeah.  Rest is pretty much the only solution to that.
  • DH always joked that I slept through my 1st tri with DS.  I'm doing ok w/fatigue so far.  I guess you could tell yourself that you'll feel proud of yourself if you work out.  That's not usually enough to motivate me though... Good luck!
  • I'm going to start trying to exercise in the morning instead of my usual evening time. I feel better when I first wake up in the morning. We'll see how it goes. GL!

  • I'm tired and going to bed early but I won't nap bc it will mess up my sleep cycle. I honestly find that some moderate cardio makes me feel better. My workouts are wussy but it still feels nice and gives me some energy.
  • tired is a big part of the deal, it's nature's way of forcing us to slow down. on the other hand if it's a big problem talk to yur ob about a bvitamin supplement. many women are deficient and it increases your bodys ability to turn glucose into energy. when not pregnant i take vitamin B and in the afternoon when i feel like i'm gonna faint i'm o tired it gives me a boost, feels almost like i had a cup of coffee or a snack. it's great!
