Um, you do realize that your VAG will eventually be "hanging out" and your tuchus will be the least of your concerns.

    If she plans on getting an epidural it's going to NEED to open in the back.  Also, I tried to wear a bra and they made me take it off.  Which was fine because I wound up nursing right away and the bra would have interfered.

    Weird...
