Getting your hair professionally done (like an updo) for a wedding that you're not in? I'm considering this because the forecast for the day of the wedding is supposed to be 97% humidity and 80 degrees! I can see myself sweating like a pig trying to get ready and being miserable. Do you think it's worth the $40 to have someone do it for me?

I would. I did in October just for fun. I did an half- updo. I would say whatever hairstyle you choose, I would just make sure it doesn't look too styled. Have fun!

Nah. I'd pull off a cute hair style pinned up. Or a slicked back pony with an accessory. I'd rather put that money towards things for LO.

If you've got the $40 to spare, go for it! I would. You'll feel better about it and don'tcha just LOVE how pretty you feel after getting your hair done? I'm tempted to do it for no reason at all other than a confidence boost lol. It'd be worth it, I'm sure. Smile

I wouldn't bother, because in that kind of humidity it sounds like it would get messed up pretty quickly. I would put it in a nice sleek ponytail with a cute accessory pin in your hair or something.

do it and then take nice maternity photos after so that itll be worth it
