Mainly water, I never did drink soda or much coffee.
I mix it up by having fruit juice, sparkling water, or those two mixed together. If you can find it, my grocery store carries a line of really good grape juices made from wine grapes, so you get varietals like with wine. It's a good non-alcoholic substitute for wine.

I've been drinking water, milk, and fruit juice. Just got an iced tea maker this weekend so I can make myself some decaf iced tea as well. Can't wait to try it out!
I have been drinking water, juice, ginger ale and I just had a Fresca.
Mmmmm, Fresca!! We might have to pick some up at the grocery store tonight...
I've been mostly drinking water w/lemon and once or twice a day I'll have either decaf tea, a sprite or slightly diluted juice. I really need to kick up my skim milk consumption because I don't want the baby to steal al the calcium from my bones!
Mainly just water. I want to get to the store to get some of those carbonated/flavored water drinks and ginger ale. Now and then I drink a cherry 7 up just for something with taste.
water and juice, but to be honest, I also drink plenty of caffeine free diet coke and crystal light iced tea. Both are made with aspartame, which my doc has said is fine as long as I don't go too crazy with it. i have never been a big fan of juice and i can't stomach water all the time. i just can't.

I'm not a fan of milk at all and have been trying to stay away from juice due to the calories. I have a couple of friends who drank way too much juice and gained quite a bit of weight. But I have been drinking about 4 oz of cranberry juice with about 2 oz of OJ mixed together in the morning. Tastes pretty good.
I think I should try some sparkling water for a bit of flavor!
I too have been drinking water and tons of it. Every now and then I put in a crystal light or this new thing DH found at Costco called Greens to Go- very good!
Trying to force the water but its truly not one of my favs unless it has ice and lemon in it. I love the Crystal Light iced tea mix and that actually counts as your water. Check out other Crystal Light flavors then the water won't get so old.

I rationalize it this way too. It's very minimally caffeinated, which isn't a huge problem as long as you aren't drinking excessive amounts of this AND other caffeinated drinks.
I think the issue most girls have with this is the artificial sweetener. My doc told me to avoid sweet n low, but nutrasweet (equal) is fine. Splenda is also okay, although I don't know of many drinks that have it. The only one coming to mind is diet coke with splenda, and that doesn't come in caffeine free.

Vitamin water once a day, other than that water....
