Cost of circumcision?

How much did you pay for a circumcision? We got our bill today and it seems a little high.

We didn't (obviously since we have a girl) but the cost was listed on the quote the hospital gave us before we gave birth: $500

I think it was a little over $300. We had ours done in the OB's office instead of the hospital because it was cheaper.

At our hospital we paid $175, but there were people that drove from an hour and a half away because where they live they were being told $500 up to $1500 at one hospital.

We paid $200 but we did it at the Pedi's office because it was cheaper but we had to wait until his 2 weeks apt. to do it. Next time I think we will just pay the hospital cost to do it then. 2 weeks was a little too old for me. While in the hospital they are still out of it and sleepy from birth.
