Bath after pool or no?

Do you always bathe them after they swim in a pool that others are in?

Re: Bath after pool or no?

  • If their in a pool with Chlorine. yes.  regardless if there are people or not.

This includes a yard kiddy pool too.

  • Yes.  The thought of not doing that is gross.  We swim at the gym a lot and I just take him the shower with me afterwards.
  • yes. With people or not, I like to get the chemicals off her skin including the gobs of sunscreen if we were outdoors.

  • I always bathe him after the pool but more for the reason that I want to get the sunscreen off his skin and he's stinky lol.

  • DS gest a bath every other night b/c his skin is so dry, but if he's been in the pool he definitely gets a bath regardless.  I feel like leaving the chlorinated water on his skin until the next night would make his skin worse.

  • We bathe after chlorinated water (or any other water except for kiddie pool in our yard...well we do after that too to get the sunblock off...) So, I guess yes is the answer.
